I want to marry rice noodles



I effing love them.




I will post pad thai, but Becca makes it better than me. She uses authentic ingredients like palm sugar. I also don't actually have a recipe. When I unpack my cook books, I will find one of my favs and post it for you guys.






And what goes better with pad thai than thai iced tea?
When you all come to visit us in Cville, I want to bring you to Monsoon, this little thai restaurant downtown that is in an old house. Its so yummy and has a really nice atmosphere.

I'm sure I don't make pad thai better than you Liz!!! You are a wonderfull cook! PS. Palm sugar isn't hard to find either.
Also, I found some spiral shaped rice noodles at the 100yen store the other day. They are being sold in more spaghetti like forms recently...cool huh. I bought them but haven't cooked them yet. I thought I should send some to Abby, but I can't be sure that they are entirely gluten free. I'm 99% sure. but I can't read the ingredients so don't know.
