Hi fellow friends of quad,
Let's figure out our hotel accommodations for the wedding!
Erica said that she booked one room, which she and Erin have plans to inhabit. I requested sharing this room, Gwyn said she didn't know if she was in it or should book her own room, and Liz and Trevor are planning to be at that hotel but maybe not in the room. I spoke to Erica today, and given the aforementioned set of circumstances, we thought of proposing 2 rooms, maybe one "quad room" for old times' sake (and so those of us who are single still feel special!!) and then a couples'/others room? I'm guessing that Nicky has some special thing planned, but if not, dude, get in a room! Becca, we are saddened to remember, won't be there (*sniff*). What about Erica Tilley? Does she have a room booked yet? If it is only 6 of us (Erica, Erin, Liz, Trevor, Gwyn and me) I'd be fine with everyone squeezing in one room. OH!!! MATT!! I forgot about Matt. Ooh, sorry Matt. (I do love you, even if I temporarily forgot your existence.) So... seven in a room? Or two rooms? Cast your votes!

Hey there! I do have a room sorted out (staying with my sister on friday night and then her boyfriend is coming saturday night.) I totally encourage sharing rooms, but if it's at Historic Inns, make sure the rooms actually have two beds and confirm it with them. I think they tend to be on the small side.
Ok so maybe we will need two rooms to fit everyone in case there isn't room on the floor for three people. I haven't gotten a second room yet, but I am willing to do that. Maybe just a double instead of a quad and if people need to overflow into it we can set up a sleeping mat and bag and pay the extra fee. How does that sound to everyone?
Possibilities:
1. One quad and one double. Quad: Erica, Matt, Erin, Gwyn or Abby Double: Liz, Trevor, someone from above who wants to come over (This option leaves at least one person on the floor)
2. Two quads. Quad: Erica, Matt, Liz, Trevor
Quad: Abby, Gwyn, Erin, Space for pretending Becca is there (No one is on the floor!)
3. Only one room, the one Erica already booked. Quad: four in a bed and three on the floor
Nick! Is Nick coming? Did we forget Nick?
Update: I went ahead and booked a double at Historic Inns for both nights. I wasn't sure if I should get a higher capacity room because I didn't know if anyone wanted to split the cost, but she didn't list a quad as being available anyway, so I might not have been able to. I am offering whatever floor space is available for the low low price of $10 per person, haha.
Okay, so Erin, is Nick in?
Gwyn, what's your input?
Becca, we miss you!
