I could have just commented on Becca's or Erica's post too, but I didn't know which one because I will be addressing items brought up in both... So anyway, here is my post about the other two posts.
Thursday the 17th after Matt's show (?) we all climb into my car and head up to Ithaca. We arrive at Abby's (?) and pass out. Friday we go the the grassroots festival and twirl, cheer and sample. Saturday we
A. Go back to the festival and have a parade
B. Hike into the woods and swim under a waterfall, maybe get friendly with a crow
If we choose B, then maybe we would be up for going out to eat afterwards. Maybe so even if we choose A.
Sunday we hang, maybe walk around the commons or eat a delicious lunch at ABC (are they open Sundays?), before we start back south in the evening.
Lets all get a ticket online for Friday and leave Saturday free in case we want to do something else because if we have to go home Sunday, we might not feel like we have time for picnicing in the gorges. Can someone post the site for the festival tickets or email it to everyone? - or actually I think it is already posted in the blog somewhere.
What else.. Ok Trevor will not be coming along if that helps. If anyone disagrees with my very casual schedule, please feel free to make your opinion known.

That sounds fabulous. I will follow suit with the supreme wisdom of Lizzy and buy a ticket for Friday, leaving Saturday available.

Yay, ok guys,
I think the friday ticket purchased in advance is a good idea. Tickets are only $2 more at the gate (for fri or sat) so I think we could legitimately hold off on saturday and decide when we got there....We run the risk of it being sold out, but it gives us much more flexibility.
Also, there is a possibility that my Trevor will be up in Ithaca that weekend and he offered to drive me back on monday or tuesday, giving me more time to enjoy Ithaca splendor with Abby and Gwyn. However, I wouldn:t want to ditch you guys and half of the fun is in the car trip up and down. While I do want to spend a lot of time in Ithaca, I didn:t really realize how short our trip would be until recently.
Me neither! 17-20 sounds longer than it really is for some reason
well, it will really be the 18th, 19th, and half of the 20th, so yeah, not super long. :(
Becca, please stay!! I have Mondays off (until softball at 5) and would be so thrilled to go for bike rides (you could borrow Laura's) and make homemade gluten free pizza and stuff. The ride home will be crowded. I will make you a smoothie if you stay.

A Smoothie sounds fabulous!!! What a great bribe :). I will call Trevor to double check. It might be better this way to because we will have 5 people in the car and it may be bursting with fun and love. It wont be crowded though, it will just be overly happy. IM SO EXCITED TO ROAD TRIP WITH MY GIRLS!!! Im about to go to a vegetarian cooking class at a buddhist temple. Im in aomori prefecture now. there are lots of apples here.
