it's a link to an article... a poor doggy in DC got shot by a policeman in front of its owners!
Oh, the title itself is the link. Nothing too exciting, just some interests we've got in common: dogs/DC/animal rights. I think there's a link to a form where you can ask for an investigation into the bad cop's actions. Good deed for the day!
